Betabrand is probably most known for disrupting the women’s work slack industry by developing various styles of dress pants out of yoga pant material that allows for incredible comfort with it’s stretchy material as well as it’s runway worthy style, but they have so many other wonderful products!
I bought Betabrand’s Zip-Off Travel Skort on sale for only $40 (Retail $98) back in May 2017, which is a black sateen short with 2 front pockets that is convertible using one of 2 optional zip-off skirts that are 100% poly – 1 flared knee length teal colored skirt and 1 asymmetrical black skirt. With these options, I can basically wear this skort almost all year round: Spring with the teal skirt, Summer with only the shorts and Fall with the longer asymmetrical skirt. The only negative I have to say about this item is the invisible zipper with tiny pull is a bit of a challenge getting zipped up over the waistband seam since it is doubled up fabric where it is sewn.
I recently pulled it out of my closet to submit to Betabrand’s Favorite Fall Look styling selfie photo challenge, because let’s be real, I haven’t had an opportunity to dress up since I’ve been staying at home day after day and just wanted an excuse to dress up – even if only for the opportunity to take mirror selfies with the different Travel Skort variations for a chance to win more DPYPs!
