Those who have been to my home before, know I love gadgets of all types and have a few in my kitchen that are worth sharing with others. A couple of people ended up buying this same item after trying it at my place because they loved the way it worked, so I thought I’d share it. Note: This is an honest review of a product I bought with my own money and I do not receive any compensation for this review either.
I used to hate it when I only had one hand available to grab a paper towel and I’d try to tear one piece off only to end up pulling the roll several sheets out and most of the time, all the paper towels still intact. Then I discovered a paper towel holder that works well for one handed pulls because of their patented ratchet system that prevents rolls from unraveling and allows you to effortlessly tear off one piece at a time. It is called the Kamenstein Perfect Tear Paper Towel Holder and comes in either as a mounted or countertop version. I bought both and will say that I prefer the mounted version since it can be mounted on a cabinet conveniently out of the way. I purchased the countertop version when I moved to an apartment since I couldn’t mount it into the cabinet. This version does take up a bit more room than I would like at almost 7.5″ at the base, so keep that in mind if you have limited space on your counters. This comes in different finishes: stainless steel, black, gold, teal, and rose gold and can be purchased on Amazon between $20-$30. I have also seen it at Costco on rare occasion and purchased my countertop version from there.
