Vegas Valley Eats

I regularly am asked by people visiting Vegas for food recommendations and my first question in response to that inquiry is: “What type of food or cuisine do you want?” There is an incredible number of good options in the Vegas valley being a tourist town where many world renowned chefs open restaurants and popular chains from across the country can be found. I purposefully try to limit how often I go out to eat to avoid blowing my waistline and my credit card balance out, so I can’t say I’ve even barely scratched the surface of the foodie scene here, but there are still a decent number of places I can confidently recommend. And since I live outside of the city of Las Vegas proper, I’ve included recommendations located in Henderson.
