Travel Necklace Hack

I have spent a lot of time in the past untangling necklaces that I had thrown around in bags while I am traveling. I haven’t had that issue ever since I came across a brilliant hack online to keep necklaces separated.

All you need are some plastic drinking straws cut to size as needed for the length of your necklace. Unhook the necklace and slip one end into the straw. If it is a long necklace you can loop it an additional time into the straw before fastening the clasp. I love this hack because it does not add weight like a specialized jewelry case or roll.
