In my Hello 2018 post that launched my blog, I resolved to blog once and for all. And while I did throughout the year, there were several months I faltered. However, even though I didn’t write as often as I would have liked, I know at least one of my posts made a difference in at least one person’s life (because they actually told me so) and that was my goal.
It’s a new year and my resolution is to make healthier choices in my life. What does that mean to me exactly? Drinking more water, getting more sleep, flossing my teeth daily, going to the chiropractor/massage therapist when I’m in more pain than usual, eating more fruits and vegetables, choosing lean meats, taking vitamins/probiotics, utilizing essential oils, taking breaks and standing more when I work, meditating, taking more time to relax and have fun, walking, regular facials and using the masks that I have (including the new ones I got for Christmas), eating less, using less chemicals, exercising more, stretching, disinfecting my laptop/keyboard more often, being creative (blogging, crafting, etc), feeding my spirituality, less screen time, increasing gratitude practice, and doing more things that make me happy and less of the things that make me feel the opposite.
I’m a perfectionist by nature and so I’m purposefully making this resolution flexible meaning I’m not trying to do all these things every single day. If I make five healthy choices a day, that is a success, and so is if I make only one healthy choice a day.
What is your resolution this year? How do you plan to stick with it? If love to hear you share!

I’m a work in progress but I’m chugging along…
